Use the app - this was my first time cruising and when the app was having problems I went straight to the staff who handles it and she fixed it immediately.. and the app can tell you how to get somewhere for an event or activity, you can order room service, make dinner reservations, look at port information, and simply order a drink to where you are because you're so relaxed you don't want to vacate your 'spot'!! The app made it so easy to do and know everything I needed to while I was onboard!! I spoke to folks who were on Holland and they all commented that their app is NOT so cool, so go with Princess!!

This ship is billed as Princess' "most luxurious ship in the fleet", and it certainly lives up to the reputation.

If you're not a heavy drinker don't buy the beverage package. It's a waste. The coffee is the worst. First thing I did upon leaving was get a good coffee. Whatever you do don't fall for their highspeed internet upcharge. I got about .30mbps on a good day. It was not usable. Total scam.

It’s great for older folks that don’t need entertainment. The shops on board are useless. I would have liked to see more things like candy and snacks than coach purses and paintings.

Book specialty restaurants as early as possible, we booked our cruise a month in advance and everything was sold out for 6, also tried as soon as we got on the ship but no luck.

Make sure to make reservations for dinning ahead of time on the Princess app. Or else you’ll be stuck in a line waiting for a table. You’re able to bring 1 bottle of wine per person so take advantage of that if you don’t have a drink package but still want to have a nice little buzz! Buffet can get chaotic at peak times so be patient with that too.
