Review summary

I do have two areas of complaint. The first is that we purchased a premiere package for both of us when it was really not needed I would have liked to have been reimbursed for one of them. The second is that we did not receive the $1,500 onboard credit.

Food and Dining

The food on our cruise was very good. The buffet had so many choices and The displays were wonderful. We also ate at some of the specialty restaurants which were phenomenal. The waiters and staff go out of their way to make the meal extra special and we're very kind.

Onboard Activities

The onboard activities that we participated the most were the trivia games and bingo. They also had line dancing classes and music everywhere.

Entertainment

Each night my husband and I went to see the shows and the performers were amazing. Incredible singing and dancing.

Service and Staff

Cole, The gentleman in charge of activities was absolutely hilarious and was so good at getting everyone involved. He had everyone laughing singing and even us shy ones dancing. Our room steward Patrick had our bed made in room cleaned each time we came back to the room It was all taken care of.

Ship Quality

The ship was very well maintained and looked brand new. I found the decor to be very classy and modern.

Cabin / Stateroom

We were incredibly impressed by our cabin. The room was very light and tastefully decorated and very clean.

Ship tip

Advice I would give is if you don't find a reservation time via the app on your phone, Go to the restaurant and they will fit you in.

Leaving the ship was very organized and extremely easy. There were no long lines at the elevators as on past cruises. We were directed to a bus that took us right to the airport.
