Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food was the worst I have ever had on a cruise. If this had been my first cruise I would never go on another one. Almost all of the food was served cold and had issues with flavor or texture. Both specialty restaurants had issues (Raw steak when Medium was ordered in Crown Grill, crunchy lasagna and risotto in Sabatinis). Just gross.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Room steward was fantastic, but the poor servers were overworked as there was a noticeable drop in the number of servers on the ship compared with previous cruises.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
too many places where you had to go up a floor and then back down to get to restaurants.

Cabin / Stateroom

the luggage service from the port and the airlines was amazing. they took our bags so we could explore Seattle for the day and our bags arrived at our destination airport.
