Except 3 days of Room service - orders were Never correct, and received other rooms, on upper floors orders.
Customer Service Desk - Excellent!!! Very Helpful, and Rahaul was great, and appreciated his time and patience, and wished me a Very Happy Birthday!

Bring Less clothes, bring laundry detergent and get the Robes and extra blankets for the room
Excursion was disappointing as the Tour guide talked about her kids and home life 90% of the tour we paid for - - there were so many areas and items we passed and I was hoping to get information, and more of a history. She was polite.
Endicott Arm was my FAVORITE!!!!! -- loved seeing Ice in the water, small icebergs, and was gorgeous area, and seeing the edge of the Glacier. LOVED it.!! Top 2 BEST area / port of Trip!!!
whale tour, nice. Whales very far away, 2 other boats over 600 feet closer to whales,,, kind of disappointing, but very nice people. Went to a small, nice fun Bar right across from our Ship - - great Bartendar and nice people.
