Captain- Thank you for all your expertise but esp for alerting us to the Northern Lights- it was epic! We would have hated to have missed it!!! Shina - waitress at Sabatinis Restaurant- an amazing bright star!!!! Florian- Room Steward- insightful, attentive- informative and conscientious!!! Movino- Seaview pool bartender- friendly- attentive- pure absolute customer service! Anoup- Bellini Bartender- Always a smile- attentive - sincere-kind! Uros- Skagway Restaurant Mgr- So gracious- accommodating , fantastic sense of humor and people skills! Shell- Assistant Cruise Director- upbeat, funny- able to mingle and intermix with people fluidly. Sweet personality!

Def use your daily calender of events! Keep an eye daily on your account charges & have them corrected at customer service on a daily basis. We had many overcharges that had to be corrected.
