The only problem we had was in the ketchikan dining room. We had a 6 o'clock reservation every night for the dining room but we never had the same table or waiter and on the last 2 nights they said we didn't have a reservation at all. The maitre d was very rude to us how can you have a reservation every night but not the last 2. We made all these reservations weeks before we had to leave for the cruise.
