Mobile app almost ruined the whole cruise experience. Cruise was okay but the mobile app and contacting customer service by phone or email were the worst. Since the app is used all time, having an app that crashes or hangs all the time makes doing everything difficult. Had accounting issues to resolve but onboard customer service staff were not helpful. Unable to reach anybody by phone or email.Embarkation
