The cruise was not as good as others I have been on. The ship is showing its age. The food is repetitive with only one or two different things daily. Some of the port did not have a lot to offer

Was very nice. Staff was great and accommodating Overall I really enjoyed it, but it was frustrating having antiquated entertainment systems - movies and internet. Should update to the new Medallion system that is on other Princess Ships

A much better Princess experience than we previously had. GREAT entertainment! Great crew! Great food! This is a very good cruise experience.

Had high expectations for the Mediterranean & Transatlantic voyage.

I had a great cruise. Not so happy that the bathroom stunk like poop. Not happy with the shows.

Services crew/personnel provided wrong information for services causing stressful situations until made to contact company to verify. This couldn't be done while at sea until close to shore. This problem was shared by many people at the same time, not just us.

We had another great cruise on the Crown Princess. Staff and dining experience was outstanding! The thing I would have liked would have been a couple more weeks on the ship!!

The meals were the same every day, nothing to write home about. The shows were poor. You need more washers and dryers on each floor. The hair dryer in our cabin caught fire while I was using it. They never came to fix it. Our nice cabin boy Felix brought me a portable one. The doctor charged 95.00 to see you, too much.$ Oh ,the change machine in the laundry room was broken, they never fixed it. The only nice thing about the cruise was the cabin and the cabin boy Felix. Also the photographs cast too much.

Great stops. Ponta Delgado, Azores we found charming and easy to walk around if you don't tour. Princess staff were very efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The greatest drag we felt was the overall quality of the food.

The cruise was excellent, the Captain was about and spoke freely to passengers. The crew were full of humour and never ending assistance to passengers. The shorex were abismal and lacked leadership which meant that many wheelchair passengers missed out of tours they should have been able to go on. I did the same area on the Sapphire Princess two month previous and had not problems at all, so tours and wheelchair accessible coaches ARE available and should have been requested by Shorex. The Maitr de Hotel has excellent staff from Head Waiters down to Buffet Stewards, outstanding quality staff who worked hard and gave passengers super service.

Good cruise though we missed some ports due to weather, we missed the first stop at Kotor bug we went elsewhere in Montenegro and it was a major bonus! We had to tender for Katakolon and waited over 2 and a half hours, that was just incompetence on Princess part.

We really enjoyed our Mediterranean cruise. The ship was nice and our mini suite was spacious and comfortable. The only thing we didn’t like, and maybe it’s because for the most part it was an older crowd, was that there wasn’t much to do at night. Other than that, we liked the ship a lot.

We visited beautiful ports and had a chance to explore and meet new people with different backgrounds/ life experiences from our. The ship was comfortable and convenient and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Cabin was making rambling sound all through the cruise, bed was very soft and uncomfortable. My luggage was damaged during disembarkation and my complain was not addressed. Cruise ship did not go to Santorini due to bad weather, and went to Corfu instead. Front staff were rude. Only good experience was dining. Photo group were also friendly and professional.

This cruise was one that we will never forget. Plus Princess made it happen and that is why we have booked again with them they are 👍🏻 the great 👍🏻

It was a perfect cruise. The ship and staff were fabulous, food and cocktails outstanding. The princess excursions were outstanding. We can not think of one bad experience . Nothing went wrong for us.
