Crown Princess

Sail date: October 23, 2018

Ship: Crown Princess

Traveled as: Couple

Review summary

The meals were the same every day, nothing to write home about. The shows were poor. You need more washers and dryers on each floor. The hair dryer in our cabin caught fire while I was using it. They never came to fix it. Our nice cabin boy Felix brought me a portable one. The doctor charged 95.00 to see you, too much.$ Oh ,the change machine in the laundry room was broken, they never fixed it. The only nice thing about the cruise was the cabin and the cabin boy Felix. Also the photographs cast too much.

Sailed on Crown Princess twice and never had a problem, like cbc LisaK said you don't go on a cruise to pick holes just go and chill loved all the cruises we have done but if we have had a problem we go straight to reception and get it sorted, also you need to get your head out of your butt and respect the crew more.🤔

Odd, we were on the Crown from October 23 and stayed on until November 17. We had no complaints about anything. Great cruise and outstanding staff.

Also, just try to find an MD stateside who only charges $95 for an office visit. Ugh!

The correct term is "Cabin Steward". Cabin boy is an extremely degrading term to use for these professionals. It's no wonder your review is so poor; you probably spent so much time looking down on the staff and finding fault with every little thing that didn't meet your impossibly high expectations, that you forgot you were on vacation to have a good time.
