The ship itself was outstanding. The service was amazing. The food was also pretty good. I highly recommend the lobster and pesto pasta!

The food was just okay. I am not a foodie so it wasn't a big deal. Would be for those who are. Buffet lunch very limited and overwhelmingly Beef/Pork/Lamb etc. Little fish or chicken was fried Pools were good and not overly crowded. Fitness room was great. Service as really good. If you order the cola drink unlimited package expect to wait 1/2 hour to get your soda. Don't know why. Maybe because its prepaid and the wait staff don't get credit for it. I usually wound up going to a bar and getting it myself.

We love Princess. This was our 16th with them. Even though the noro virus hit us mid week, the crew did an excellent job serving food and cleaning the ship

On first impression of the ship it was clean and well decorated. The ship was clean, as was our cabin. We picked anytime dining for the first time. I would not pick this again. I don't think you are served as good as if you have an assigned dining time. Our steward forget to clean our cabin one of the days. The crew seemed to cater to the older cruisers! We felt like we were invisible which we did not appreciate. All in all the cruise really nothing to rave about, just okay. I have been on better.

We've been on over 20 cruises and cruised Princess before. This time, was not very enjoyable. They "nickle and dime" you to death. The entertainment was dismal..the usual "schlock" in the theatre which wasn't big enough. Hardly any entertainment in the lounges.Disembarkation was an hour late and a "free for all".

i loved everything espesially the ship was very quiet no disturbing noise i did not like the fact i could not communicate with my kids

Just coming out of drydock, disappointed the whirlpools were not working on the sun decks. The spa pool wave spouting oil on us the second night out and had to be closed down to clean for two days. Then it did not work at all.

The Crown Princess was the newest, nicest cruise ship we've ever been on. Everything about the ship was nice and the food was very good every day/night - there was plenty of good entertainment as well. The ships crew/staff were all very helpful and nice too. we scheduled this cruise for leaf season, but every where we went it was still green - that didn't make any difference in the great time we had, the weather was almost perfect for exploring and seeing new places.

Overall, with two exceptions, my wife and I had an enjoyable experience aboard the Crown Princess. (1) There was a clear lack of capacity for many shore excursions, many of which were sold out weeks before the cruise began. One would have thought Princess could anticipate the number of passengers during the peak Summer period and plan accordingly. For those who plan a cruise around the assumption that they will be able to visit certain sites, the lack of capacity for shore excursions for which no alternative exists (for example, to Normandy and Paris from La Havre), raises questions about Princess' ethical and legal obligations to deliver what passengers pay for and expect. (2) I understand that Internet access via satellite may be intermittent at times based on the position of the ship. But to continuously receive the message of too many subscribers logged in suggests a different problem that represents a shortcoming within the ship's and Princess' power to control and correct. The lack of reasonable (if not continuous) Internet access created unanticipated work-related difficulties for me and caused unneeded problems during what was supposed to be primarily a vacation. If not fixed, this should give pause to anyone who requires onboard semi-regular Internet access.

The ship was beautiful and would go on it again, it had a great cigar bar and we enjoyed it. The food was so so, but the buffet was wonderful. Not enough consideration for the disabled.

We loved the ship. It was easy to find our way around. The ship decor was beautiful. All areas were kept very clean.

liked that it had so many pool and hot tub choices. also liked the on deck movies.

This was a lovely cruise. Alltogether, our family had 7 passengers in 3 cabins. All of us were very happy with different options for different tastes. Some loved non-stop sun bathing, I loved the casino and spa. There was however a shortage of chairs and/or loungers anywhere so all our buffet meals had to be eaten indoors. Even so the buffet meals were exceptional in quality, diversity, hot vs cold, and portions. The dining room gave impecible service and our waiter was a clown which we couldn't help but love. Our cabin steward was exceptional at anticipating our needs and spruced our cabin up EVERY time we left our cabin. Hard to do as we come an go alot.
