We loved the ship. It was easy to find our way around. The ship decor was beautiful. All areas were kept very clean.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was very good but can't really say anything was outstanding. We've been on other ships where the desserts in the buffet tasted old. I can say this was not the case on this ship. Desserts were very fresh. There was quite a variation in entree choices in the buffet. We ate in the dining room all but 2 nights. Food was very good.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The comedy shows were very good. I didn't particularly care for the Production shows however others that I spoke with thoroughly enjoyed them.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was very friendly and helpful when we did need direction or trying to find the restrooms.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Large ship but we didn't have any problems finding our way around. Public areas were very clean. Ship decor was tasteful as well as beautiful

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our Balcony Cabin had plenty of storage room for clothes. The cabin steward kept it very clean.

Ports of call

Le Havre (Paris), France

5 out of 5
Palace of Versallies. Can't describe how beautiful this palace is and how terrific the guide was.

Greenock (Glasgow), Scotland

5 out of 5
Tour of Castle Stirling and coach ride through the Scottish Lowlands. Wonderful tour. Stirling was a wonderful town.

Invergordon (Inverness & Loch Ness), Scotland

5 out of 5
Cawdon Castle and Battlefield Cullendon are a must see. Cawdon Castle is outstanding and the gardens are beyond beautiful.

South Queensferry (Edinburgh), Scotland

5 out of 5
Edinburgh Castle is a must see. Another beautiful Scottish city. Wonderful cashmere scarves as well as Clan items.

St. Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands

5 out of 5
Cornet Castle was very interesting. It was a short walk from the pier through town (you really didn't need to purchase the tour excursion from the ship).

Liverpool, England

5 out of 5
We did not get a chance to actually see Liverpool. We chose the excursion to Wales to see the town of Conwy and Conwy Castle.

Dublin, Ireland

5 out of 5
Dublin Castle was wonderful. St. Patrick's Cathedral beautful. You could board the bus at the port and were dropped off in downtown Dublin.
Don't Miss: Trinity College and Book of Kells

Belfast, Northern Ireland

5 out of 5
We really enjoyed Belfast. Beautiful city which surprised us. There was a market festival going on in downtown which was quite fun.
Don't Miss: City Hall

Cobh (Cork), Ireland

5 out of 5
We loved Cork. The town of Cobh was lovely. Beautiful Cathedral right in town.
Don't Miss: Blarney Castle was a don't miss. You have to kiss the Blarney stone! Be sure and purchase your Irish linens here.

Pros: The ports

Cons: Entertainment on board
