we enjoy the pool and hottubs in the spa area but many maintenance items were never corrected in the 12 day cruise

Ship had lots of thing to do, staff great!

We chose the Crown Princess because of its excellent itinerary and the fact that we had sailed on it before, we were not disappointed. Everything was first class, the cabin, the service, the food, the excursions; only negative comment was the poor entertainment except for the Princess Singers and Dancers who were outstanding as in all Princess ships. I would recommend that the ships tailor the entertainment to the clientele's age and nationality. The Crown Princess was full of young Italian and Spanish passengers who were not too keen on music of the 50s or mentalists who do not make sense.

The ship was beautiful and the service from the staff was extraordinary. However, there seemed to be some plumbing issues that lasted most of the cruise. There were also \"surprise\" charges when tendering ports -- port tendering has always been included in the price of the cruise.

Crown Princess is a beautiful ship but obviously showing her age. Wonderful crew and itinerary. Our suite happened to be below the treadmills in the fitness center...once we realized why our suite was shaking and vibrating - Princess took care of it!

The ship is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

I was a bit disappointed, the cruise nickel and dime the guest, things such as soda and juice you must pay for on the ship. The action which up set me the most was a few days before the day of departure, they cancelled a port of call with no real explaination and instead of replacing it with another port they made it a sea day where they tried to sell us things like fake jewelry. Overall the cruise was Ok in comparision to other cruises.

Food, service, and attitude of some crew members all below average.

BIG We got lost many times.

I had a wonderful time, there was lots of activities every day. Some times too many. The good part was that if you missed a show you could see it at a later time and no two were the same. It was great!!!

I was amazed how clean everything was on board.

Not very impressed with Princess Lines. Upon arrival, at general check in we discovered we had been bumped from our room. I booked this cruise 6 months in advance for my husband and myself (celebrating our 35 anniversary) and 2 other couples, selected rooms all on the Aloha Deck so that we would all be together - 3 rooms right next to each other. Only upon check in we discovered we had been bumped to another stateroom. Not real happly!!!!! Went directly to the pursers office and was told sorry our cabin had been assigned to someone else. But gee we ahave upgraded your room. What a joke that was!!!!!! Room with a window!!!!! However - this room was on the Plaza Deck at the very end of the hallway and next to crews entrance and housekeeping entrance, had doors banging all night long!!!!! Needless to say having been our 6th cruise so we had other cruises to compare to this was the worst!!!!! would not book princess again!!!!!

excellent overall cruise

We sailed with our good friends and found the Crown Princess cruise experience to be first class in every aspect.

AT THE POOL PEOPLE WOULD LEAVE THE LOUNGE CHAIRS WITH THEIR BELONGINGS AND STAY GONE FOR HOURS. AFTER 15 MINUTES THE CHAIRS WERE TO BE TAKEN. NEVER HAPPENED. THE LOTUS SPA IS WAY OVER PRICED, TAKE PLENTY OF MONEY IF YOU GO THERE. WE GO T THE SAME WAITER FOR DINNER HAS WE HAD THE LAST CRUISE. THAT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE CRUISE. HE IS SO NICE AND WENT WELL OUT OF HIS WAY FOR US. MADE A FRIEND FOR LIFE. I LOVED ARUBA!!!!!

We enjoyed the staff's friendliness and professionalism. We purchased the cup that allowed us all the sodas, milkshakes, hot chocolate, fruit juices and mocktails that we wanted during the week. This allowed for a nice variety instead of just drinking sodas and water. I enjoyed the pair of comedians as well as several individual entertainers during the week. Although the three musicals with dancing were very good, we had seen the exact same shows a year ago. Overall, we found our trip very relaxing and enjoyable and are signed up for another Priness cruise.

This cruise vacation was a nightmare. It was the worst experience of the 20 cruises I have been on. Half the crew and guests were sick with the norovisus. The food was fair, the service was awful and the entertainment was sub par at best. They should have cancelled this trip before it sailed. Since they did not we ended up not stopping at any ports and turned around mid week to return to Fort Lauderdale and home. This is the first vacation I was happy to return home from!

The ship was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and professional. We were very disappointed in our excursion on Princess Cays - it was a total waste of money. We enjoyed the Horizon Buffet, but the choices in the dining room were too fancy for our taste. Unfortunately, I contract Norovirus the last day so missed an entire day of cruising. The frustrating part was that everyone kept promising someone would contact me to let us know how to disembark the next day, but no one ever did. We had to keep calling back and finally got an answer when we called at 11:30 PM.

The ship was great though the Norovirus was present. We were fortunate that we never atert the buffet...where that usually starts! Can't help other's poor hygiene. The Ship's crew did leap into action to be sure that the infection was quarantined and acted very professionally to this extent.
