A frustrating end to our cruise

Sail Date: January 28, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and professional. We were very disappointed in our excursion on Princess Cays - it was a total waste of money. We enjoyed the Horizon Buffet, but the choices in the dining room were too fancy for our taste. Unfortunately, I contract Norovirus the last day so missed an entire day of cruising. The frustrating part was that everyone kept promising someone would contact me to let us know how to disembark the next day, but no one ever did. We had to keep calling back and finally got an answer when we called at 11:30 PM.

Pros: The efficient set up for getting on board

Cons: the lack of communication in disembarking after being confined to our cabin with Norovirus

Recommends Crown Princess? No.

Entertainment
The comedians were very good. We are not great fans of musicals, so was disappointed that it was scheduled more than one night. Too much of the same thing.
