Crown Princess

11 Night Alaska Inside Passage With Glacier Bay (San Francisco Roundtrip)

Ship: Crown Princess

Cabin number: E732

Review summary

Itinerary had all the typical Alaska cruise port stops. The ship itself is quite old and antiquated. Food is mediocre, including in the two additional dining options. Service is good. But I would recommend a newer ship with more amenities and food options if you want to have a great experience.

Appreciate your opinion, but not everyone likes the newer bigger floating cities.

Appreciate your feedback. Usually the smaller (therefore older) ships are able to get into the Alaskan ports easier. Sorry you didn’t enjoy the ship.

Glad you had a wonderful time in Alaska, sorry the ship was not up to par.

I was on the Crown Princess last year and had a great time with great food. If you're looking for all the latest bells and whistles from a new ship, then don't book on a ship that is more than 5 years old. You chose the ship and then complain it's old, that's on you. Maybe RCL or NCL is more your speed when it comes to cruising.
