Loved it. Want to go back again. The Captain was amazing. Always learned something new during his address to the passengers. So much entertainment as well. This was one of the best Princess cruises. Crew and staff outstanding. Have a lot of names to put into the after cruise survey. Would definitely recommend going on the Crown Princess.

This terminal is small and you will be waiting outside for a bit to get through security. Line moved at a steady, but slow pace. Luckily we had a nice day. Waiting in the rain would not be fun.

Food was excellent. Sabatinis for breakfast was always good. Very fresh fruit. Dinner was excellent as well. We ate in the Reserve dining area in the MDR and the Manager always made a new, fresh pasta dish.

The CD staff always had something going on. Games. Passengers vs Officers. Trivia. Something was always going on.
Entertainment

Wow! This was only an 11 day cruise and they had 4 different production shows. Encode, Disco, Magic, and Sweet Soul Music. 3 comics. Singers and entertainers. Always something going on. Never had so many choices.
Service and Staff

Wonderful. Room Stewart was amazing and showed us some "behind the scenes" stuff. Always greeted us in the morning and evening. Sabatinis and MDR staff also excellent. Remembered our names, and likes. Top notch.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean. Always saw staff refreshing things, bathrooms, outside deck areas, towels. After day one ship layout was easy as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

St Thomas suite. Loved it! Great views of Alaska sitting on the balcony.
I think this is a newer stop. Smaller town. Friendly people. We were the first Princess group to do the train ride and bus trip. Scenery from the train is cool. This is a commuter train so there are also commuters on board. They have an observation car which us tourists pretty much sat in. Bus ride stopped at a park and we were served a nice catered lunch.
Lots of walking but beautiful sites. If you eat here be prepared to spend a lot! Food isn't cheap. Skyglider up the mountain was fun, quick and great scenery. Not much to do in town. Visited a nice veteran owned shop and picked up souvenirs. Had a drink at the brew pub. People were friendly.
Lucked out again with beautiful weather. Did a fun Duck tour. Walked around town and also saw the lumberjack show. Fun all around. Beautiful sites again.
This city has gone down hill. The stories about the homeless and drug zombies I witnessed first hand. We stayed in the hotel and took in San Francisco from the safety and comfort of the ship. It's not the same city I visited before.
Same as above, smaller terminal so took a bit to get through customs. Luggage was neat and organized in pick up area. Asked a staff member where the transfer busses were and no issues after that.
Oops the captain always said wash your hands wash your hands wash your hands he said I don't shake your hand but I give all the love. I was using my voice I'm sorry it came out a little wrong by saying we says. I had a dream actually that I have gone to Alaska but it was such a very odd dream. Mountains with snow which of course they get. It was just a really crazy dream. The dreams that you have in the morning of the ones that you remember the most.
My husband and I took the crown in April from the 20th to the 27th and I think our captain's name was Max or something like that and he was really funny so we always says wash your hands wash your hands wash your hands which is so true and you know it's you just have to
