A wonderful selection of ports of call . Ship needs more overhaul and I hear that is happening in Oct 2020. We shall see because we are booked for Jan 2021. Not sure if the Ocean Ready Medallion app has caused staff to be less interactive with passengers, but I hope that remedies itself soon, you go on a cruise to feel attended to and have fun. You expect supreme customer service -as we have had on past cruises with Princess.

Pools good, but crowded and I hated that people "marked" their chairs and never used them. Could never get a place near the pool at prime pool time, even starting to look at 8am!

The Princess performers were just ok, the princess band was on spot great, the guest singers and performers were excellent and the cruise director was funny and engaging.

Room steward was excellent. The waitstaff not as quick or attentive on this cruise.

Design is great but ship is in need of repair and upgrades. Strong sewer smell on the decks most days and some people had their cabins overflow twice!!!! Not okay.

Cabin was perfect. Chairs on balcony were falling apart though.
Ship tip
Be patient and get to venues early for shows, oh and stake out your pool spot at crack of dawn.
Hopped on tour with Sunrise Tours, Farid!! He is great, tooks us to ALL important spots plus a few hidden gems! He is very knowledgeable. My favorite port of all I have traveled to.
Had a blast. We rented side by side off road vehicles and were able to see the whole island. We had been there before so knew a little bit about what we wanted to do. Grabbed them right as you leave the cruiseport.
