Disembarkation was fine. It ran smoothly and fairly quick. However, I was surprised and disappointed by how rude many people (customers) were. As I stood back enjoying the last few minutes of my vacation, I watched several people rushing to get their bags. Many were speaking loudly and disrespectful to the employees and as if they were the only person wanting to get their bags and leave. Totally disregarding where the lines were as they ducked underneath security tapes & grabbed their bags. I felt so bad/sad for the workers that I actually said to the workers “please accept my apology for all these rude people and God Bless you for handling it so well”
