Disappointed with Princess Cruises. They have some great staff, and also some rude staff. Anytime diners are treated like second rate citizens so we opted out of the tip process. We then took that money and divided it between 4 individuals who really deserved it

Room steward was amazing. Bar staff were exceptional, unfortunately the dining staff were rude and only out to pick up tips. We opted out of the tips on ship and gave our tips to the ones that deserved it.

Some of the excursions were not worth the money. Do your homework before you go. Opt out of tips at customer service and give the tips to the ones who really work.
