Review summary

Our only issue & this is a major issue. We paid for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. We booked a pre-cruise 3 days in London before boarding the ship. We arrived at 5:30 am and there was no one to collect us. It took 3 hours and the help of a Princess Rep, who was there to collect passengers for another cruise, to get us a car to get to the hotel. This was 3 hours of London time that was lost. It was no way to start a vacation.

I wish we had known that we could have embarked at different ports.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was delicious. The portions perfect. The presentation incredible. However, I would have like the 3 main dining rooms to have slightly different menus for dinner.

These were truly Broadway quality productions. The scenery was breathtaking.

Ship Quality

well lit , neat and appealing

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The size was perfect. The room was clean. The problem was the pillows were much to soft and the mattresses need to be changed. We are experiencing still days after the cruise ended painful back aches.

Ship tip

ask your booking agent if there are opportunities to embark at different ports.

I was on the same cruise and I read carefully the FULL iternary of each excursion where they listed the times on bus and how much time you really were in the area...With that said, we did not go to Paris since it was not worth it...

I like softer beds. Always ask the very first day for the topper. The same with pulliws, just ask! No need to struggle!

We had the same problem with the mattress. We told them and they put on a sort of mattress topper that made it harder. Always worth mentioning any problems to them as they'll sort it out if they can.
