Disappointed compared to previous. Still had fun and relaxed. We had perfect weather and calm seas. Want to try a different cruiseline next time (this was our third cruise, all on Princess)

Our cabin guy was wonderful, staff around the ship seemed like they were on their last run and just wanted it over. One guy yelled at my husband when he accidentally dropped a plate

Go to relax and not expect too much in excellence. It’s a fun ship but service and food quality were lacking this time
Our snorkeling excursion had way too many people on it. Total cattle call... we are the “money cows”. My husband and I did not go in the water because so many people out there - seven boats plu sours in the same Turtle Cove. We did enjoy sitting on the deck relaxing and watching - the water is beautiful. Those from our group did say they saw great stuff while snorkeling.
We showed up at the casino for our scheduled disembarkment time and had to wait a good 45 minutes before they would let us off. There was a delay but they didn’t sY why. No offer of coffee or anything while we were stuck waiting to get off the ship.
