Review summary

Would not go on a cruise again. When on vacation I want to be pampered: waited on for drinks and staff that gets to know you. Entertainment staff seemed like they were just going through the motions and it was apparent that they were just getting through their day at work. Frustrating to have to go so far for a cup of coffee for mom. And seriously.... no water at four bars?!?!?

Food was average. Drinks were not great. Regular normal coffee was only available in the buffet or room. Mom only drinks coffee so spent a lot of time going all the way to buffet. Should have coffee at the bars for those who don’t drink. Bought the drink package and went to four locations just to find a bottle of water in one of the days. Nobody asks you have you want a drink when sitting by the pool so always have to wait in line at the the bars. Some bartenders don’t pay attention to who is next so oftentimes have to wait a long time to get a drink. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Sounds like you had a different experience to us, we were on crown last year and the wait staff were great. Several times we were offered drinks by a roving waiter. A few times I didn’t particularly want a drink but had one anyway as we had the all inclusive drinks package. With regard to queuing remember not everyone is English and queues aren’t fit everyone.

yeah, I hate the waiting part in the theatre for a show and got nothing to do. 2 years ago crown princess was wonderful, maybe changed? ruby princess is better. The workers are friendly even the cruise director assistants. the toilet seats and showers are horrible. We even need to change the toilet seat. sucks on that one.
