Food and Dining

Very poor quality. The daily menues were uninspiring. I expected great fish, it was terrible. Thank god the "always available" steak was edible. The seating that was requested and confirmed was not what we were given, as a result we were never able to "connect" with a set of waitstaff or passengers. We missed many of the shows as we had to make reservations to eat in the dining room. We did go to Sabatinnis Resturant which was more to what we are accustomed to. Excellant waitstaff and fabulous food. We tried the Lido deck and found the food tastless with very limited choices. We are used to a much better overall food experience.

Entertainment

scheduling was my bigest dissapointment. I am an avid golfer and Bingo player. The activities co incided.

Service and Staff

The cabinboy was the best staff person on the ship. The assistant cruise director tried way to hard. She is a very nice person but her roll was not to be a teenage cheerleader, but to ensure all patrons were entertained. A difficult positon to be sure. The entertainer in the paino bar, Heather was probably the most outstanding member of the crew. She clearly enjoyed her job, involved her audience and always remembered a face while about the ship.
