Loved the cruise - wish for more variety in buffet of deck 10 but enjoyed the restaurant when we had time for it. Coffee was not always available! Add iced tea to menu! Shows were great and the staff was always polite and helpful.

The buffets could have had more variety. Pastries were a little overboard!
The restaurant was really nice - being able to order breakfast was nice. Wish they were open longer at noon since our tours returned just a little too late.
The 9 pm dinner was great! The waiter, Mario, was so funny, polite and helpful.

The hot tubs were great - just wish there were more! The race driving was booked, so never able to participate in it.

Charlotte, a waitress in the buffet on level 10, was so helpful, kind and considerate!!
Christian, our room steward, was very efficient, kind and thoughtful. He helped get an issue with the electrical outlet fixed! The first electrician only did a temporary 'fix'. The second electrician took the platlet off and actually fixed the wiring!
Mario, our waiter at 9 pm, was great! Funny, polite, and charming!

It was very well designed and clean but could definitely have used more coat hangers in the closets!
More insulation in the ceilings/walls would be nice too, as the children were very rowdy and noisy!
Ship tip
Check out the information each day more thoroughly! We missed out on a lot of shows. Also, we were disappointed in several of the tours, as they were cancelled and we had to take different tours.
We embarked there, so more information on travel opportunities getting to the ship would be nice. In fact, a shuttle from the train station to the ship would have been very helpful! We appreciated the shuttle from the ship to the port. The drivers spoke no English, so the signs were helpful.
We took the excursion to Monaco and enjoyed it very much. Disappointed that we could not go into the casino to 'play'! It was very clean and beautiful!
Very disappointed in the tour - our original tour cancelled and this was only 2 1/2 hours. The window on the bus was foggy, and the guide not very good. Would have enjoyed going into the church!
Tour cancelled so we were put on a four hour walking tour, which was TOO much! The guide was great, we enjoyed seeing the market, the beautiful buildings, but just a little too long. Only 30 minutes to shop!
