We are Platinum members of Carnival cruises. This was not only not recognized by sister company Costa, we felt not even respected by Costa staff and officers. We felt that when we asked for something, staff wanted to get rid of us. We did not feel welcomed. We traveled half around the world to enjoy the Adria, but were deeply disappointed by this Cruise Company.

Chaos at breakfast with self service, we felt always rushed, it was loud and uncomfortable. At dinner long waiting times, not much food variety, staff was not Very friendly and attentive. Food was lower than mid range, for example no butter with bread ervice. The only offered free drink was water.
