Review summary

We thoroughly enjoyed our Princess Coral AK cruise. Logistics were handled very well, ship was clean and beautiful. Bathroom plumbing needs to be updated and food was good but not extraordinary. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable. Constant marketing for future cruises and jewelry/art was too aggressive and tiresome.

It’s a beautiful, welcoming city that we totally enjoyed. We didn’t do any organized excursions.

We explored it our own and loved the locally owned shops. We found the jewelry vendors unpleasantly too aggressive. The local artists were friendly and enjoyable.

Juneau, Alaska

We very much enjoyed the boardwalk, the beauty of the Mendenhall glacier excursion, and the State Museum on our own.

Skagway, Alaska

This was our favorite port. Historic, friendly and beautiful. We took the white pass rail trip which was fantastic. Our favorite was the 98 Soapy Smith Cancan show!! It should be offered as a Princess excursion...so fun, professional and refreshingly original ...and a colorful part of AK’s history.
