Don’t trust cruises only to be accurate on the description or layout of your room. I wish I would’ve looked at celebrities website and paid attention to the fine print before I booked with cruises only. I even called customer service after I found out that the balcony would not be full-size and they insisted that it was full-size. They were incorrect.

This is a very old ship with mechanical issues. We lost power and water two consecutive days at see. This is not fun.

Just relax and enjoy the experience and don’t let any of the small things bother you. I believe everyone is trying their best to provide excellent service. If something really bothers you speak to the appropriate person and let them try to resolve your concerns.
