Celebrity has the best food so the Summit was choice to take this Panama cruise and we are glad we did!

We took my wife’s 89 year old mother on her first cruise and she loved it and now understands why we have gone on so many cruises. The crew treated her like a queen and she felt very special.

You have to be a fool to cruise with Celebrity or book a cruise with American Airlines Cruise line. When a problem arises you are on your own. Celebrity tells you they cannot help because you booked elsewhere and does not respond to emails. Given how I was treated, I should reimbursed the full cost of the cruise. Never again on Celebrity. I expect someone to contact me about my full refund.

This was my 1st solo cruise I found it to be very enjoyable. I felt safe and included. I really have no complaints with my time on Summit!

We had a great time! Wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed our time. Not sure if we just missed Spring Break but it wasn't super crowded.

Cruise was amazing. Only issues were the purse snatching at the terminal and one issue with client services.

I like Celebrity. Above some other lines.None as good as they used to be.They seem a little better at training employees.

We had to skip Bimini because of strong wind. The Captain couldn't dock the ship. Then, during two consecutive days at sea, we lost all power and water. People were stuck in the elevators. Couldn't clean dishes or serve cocktails because they could not clean the glasses. The 3rd day, a main water pipe burst on deck 7 flodding the area.

The cruise would have been better if I could have actually seen the port I have never been to but we could not go because of it being too windy. Then the power went out twice on the ship. Losing A/C and no internet or being able to see in the restaurant. Then a pipe bursted outside our stateroom which caused us to have no water and inability to flush the toilet. Which in turn the ship had to cut the water to the whole ship to fix. So then no one could use any bathroom on the ship until the pipe was repaired.

We had the best time on this cruise. We always felt safe. The staff was amazing.

The mattress on this ship is amazing! I can’t get over how comfortable they are. After dealing with Royal Caribbean’s concrete slabs they call mattresses, this experience has been an absolute dream-to actually wake up refreshed and not be in excruciating pain! This ship is very clean. The people are kind-even the spring breakers on this ship are mature! I’m totally switching my allegiance to Celebrity! The food has been outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better short vacation. I’m so impressed, I booked a 10 day cruise on Celebrity for next year.

We have sailed on the Summit 9 times since the re-start and consider it a home away from home. Good food, service, and entertainment makes us a returning customer.

This was my first time on a celebrity cruise. Crowd is more "mature" so the energy is not too overwhelming. Great ship to relax on. Ammenities are decent. Spa is great. Food is really good. I would say the staff made the cruise. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone was very helpful. Casino was a bit disappointing. Small and higher cost machines per spin. Their process for embarking and disembarking is very fast and efficient. I would likento try another Celebrity cruise but on a newer, longer cruise.

Fantastic in every way, already planning our next and pretty sure it will be Celebrity ship!!

Over all one of the nicer cruises we have been on. The lower rating on the ports of call is mainly because we have been to both several times. If you have never been by all means enjoy them. We chose this cruise to relax and just enjoy without trying to jam a lot of activities in. Just a note to other cruise lines, most people don't really need the music so loud to have a good time.

We enjoyed our 1st Cruise. The food was delicious. We had a couples massage which was wonderful.

After cruising on several other cruise lines, this was my first time on Celebrity, going with my 22-year-old daughter who graduates college this year. I have to say, from the easy embarkation and disembarkation process, to the amazing staff no matter where we were: bars, pool bar specifically, casino, Main dining room, cabin etc. to the fantastic food in the main dining room, especially their appetizers and soups, fantastic cabin Service and more, Celebrity is now at the top of my list. Great choices for both food and drink. A small enough ship that you don’t feel like you’re getting lost but large enough that there is tons to do.

Fun, pampered experience. Activities for everyone, with spaces to accommodate private quiet time and groups. Great food selection and availability. Attentive staff available at all times. Will definitely cruise with Celebrity again.

Terrible service unless you tip everyone that you come into contact with. Food was slightly above average in the dinner room. Avoid the cafeteria at all costs bacteria central. My wife and I still have stomach issues
