Very disappointing that the quality expected from Celebrity was not there.

Dining: Although we had early dining and had confirmed table (card was in our stateroom) we were booted within 2 hours of dinner and placed on anytime dining. With 2 small children in tow, this absolutely reprehensible. On top of that our waiter wasn’t friendly at all, we tried to greet him cheerily and he would just hand the menu and walk away. He had the capacity, he greeted his fellow ethnic breather quite courteously. Friendliness: Majority of cruise staff was not friendly and unhelpful, when asking where an food item was at the buffet or where a café was, we were informed “somewhere over there maybe” is it not their job to at least try and guide you in the right direction? Rarely anyone greeted us or anyone for that matter Le Petit Chef: we made extra for the specialty dining at Qsine, from the description we were beyond excited, when I tell you that menu was indescribably lackluster, we were utterly disappointed. We start of with a burrata that was served during lunch earlier in the day. Next we get a seafood stew that was lukewarm at best with overcooked shellfish that was rubbery. The lobster was passible but not filling, then we ended the night with a scoop of ice cream. We paid extra for specialty dining but ended up with buffet food that wasn’t even executed well. When discussing this with the maître d Mr. B, his response was, well that’s what you signed up for! What kind of attitude is that? You all keep asking for feedback and to give you a 10, but with that service? Absolutely not! Sharps container: this is absolutely laughable; our group member was provided a container for her fertility injections and no further instructions. They wait until 9AM of the last day of the cruise to inform they needed to collect said container. Port time was 7AM, we literally all left with our luggage. Inform someone when right when you provide them the container, don’t reprimand someone for not being fully informed of the protocol. Kid friendly: your ship is absolutely not kid friendly, the lack of activities with proper supervision and instruction is appalling. I went on Royal Caribbean last year and it was like night and day. Missed port: bad weather happens and there’s nothing we can do about it but find a way to entertain your paid guests. Alternatively, try to find another port to settle in or, if that is not an option, set up additional activities for us. The cavalier attitude was so unnerving. I never want to go on a Celebrity cruise ever again.

You have to be a fool to cruise with Celebrity or book a cruise with American Airlines Cruise line. When a problem arises you are on your own. Celebrity tells you they cannot help because you booked elsewhere and does not respond to emails. Given how I was treated, I should reimbursed the full cost of the cruise. Never again on Celebrity. I expect someone to contact me about my full refund.

This was my 1st solo cruise I found it to be very enjoyable. I felt safe and included. I really have no complaints with my time on Summit!

35 anniversary cruise. Wanted nothing but relaxation and that us exactly what we received

We had a great time! Wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed our time. Not sure if we just missed Spring Break but it wasn't super crowded.

Cruise was amazing. Only issues were the purse snatching at the terminal and one issue with client services.

The cruise would have been better if I could have actually seen the port I have never been to but we could not go because of it being too windy. Then the power went out twice on the ship. Losing A/C and no internet or being able to see in the restaurant. Then a pipe bursted outside our stateroom which caused us to have no water and inability to flush the toilet. Which in turn the ship had to cut the water to the whole ship to fix. So then no one could use any bathroom on the ship until the pipe was repaired.

We had the best time on this cruise. We always felt safe. The staff was amazing.

This was my first time on a celebrity cruise. Crowd is more "mature" so the energy is not too overwhelming. Great ship to relax on. Ammenities are decent. Spa is great. Food is really good. I would say the staff made the cruise. Super friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone was very helpful. Casino was a bit disappointing. Small and higher cost machines per spin. Their process for embarking and disembarking is very fast and efficient. I would likento try another Celebrity cruise but on a newer, longer cruise.

Fantastic in every way, already planning our next and pretty sure it will be Celebrity ship!!

Over all one of the nicer cruises we have been on. The lower rating on the ports of call is mainly because we have been to both several times. If you have never been by all means enjoy them. We chose this cruise to relax and just enjoy without trying to jam a lot of activities in. Just a note to other cruise lines, most people don't really need the music so loud to have a good time.

We enjoyed our 1st Cruise. The food was delicious. We had a couples massage which was wonderful.

Fun, pampered experience. Activities for everyone, with spaces to accommodate private quiet time and groups. Great food selection and availability. Attentive staff available at all times. Will definitely cruise with Celebrity again.

I’ve been in 24 cruises and this was the best ever. First time on Celebrity has won me over!

This was a first cruise for my partner; second cruise for me. He enjoyed the experience very much. I loved the friendliness of the crew. It was more relaxing than my last cruise on the Oasis. I thought there was much more to do on the larger ship, more restaurants and entertainment. Both were really nice and I'm sure we'll cruise again soon.

It was a nice short cruise for someone who did not have enough time to take a full cruise. It did feel kind of silly to be sailing around in circles on the CA because we were so close to the Bahamas and Miami but it was nice to get away for a few days. I would not recommend paying the upgrade for concierge class. It was a bunch of fluff with no real substance. we did not feel like any of the extra amenities were worth the cost. Also, check celebrities website for actual room dimensions before you book with . I was told we would have a full balcony and they were not accurate. However, on celebrities website, it did list which balconies were not full-size. I regret not checking with Celebrity first.

We would definitely cruise Celebrity again. It is excellent.

Patrick the room attendant was amazing. He was eager to make it a perfect and enjoyable experience.

We wanted a short stay relaxing getaway and that's what we got. There is really nothing wrong with the Summit but I have enjoyed some of the other Celebrity ships better and next time would pick differently.
