Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Very good. Something for everyone. Le Petit Chef was a lot of fun and food was great. Other than that we utilized the main dining room for dinners and buffets and grille at the pool. Everything was good and certainly enough variety for everyone.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Lounged around the pool. Service was great! One thing I would recommend is that they enforced the adults only rule at the adults only pool, since some kids can be out of control and parents are nowhere to be found or don't care. If the sign says no kids in a certain pool, it should be no kids. Period.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Some shows were better than others. We were not that interested, but we did go to a couple. I don't think we stayed for an entire show.

Children's Programs

My children are grown.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We could not get over how hospitable and welcoming every single staff member we encountered were. Fantastic/top notch customer service. From chamber maid, bathroom attendants, 'floaters' for lack of a better term - ship staff that is just moving about - everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Since it's our first cruise I cannot comment on layout since I have no comparison, however we did not notice anything we thought was bad. Everything was spotless. Especially the bathrooms which is very important to me.

Cabin / Stateroom

Bathroom was tight, showering was a challenge but manageable. Would not deter us from future cruises. Room was a good size with plenty of storage. Loved it.

Ports of call

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

We did the Crystal Caves tour and our mini-bus driver was phenomenal. He was so pleasant and basically talked to us the entire ride all over the island and was very knowledgeable and kept the ride interesting; knew much of the island's history, fun facts, etc. We really enjoyed the ride as much as the actual visit to the caves.

Disembarkation

I never want to fly again. We were called of in groups, and our luggage was waiting for us, neatly arranged together so we could just grab and go. FANTASTIC!
