Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The staff members were wonderful, attentive, and friendly. The food, however, was well below our expectations in quality and taste, inconsistent portion size and odd menu options. The serving staff knew it but could do nothing to change it. As individuals, the staff were wonderful, however, they had significant communication troubles and ordering drinks was mishandled every evening, not receiving the order for 30 min or never receiving it, or not receiving what we ordered. When addressed with management, the situation was not fully rectified.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
The ship-sponsored activities were not interesting to us and were juvenile, so we did not participate in them. The pools, solarium, spa, Café al Biaco, were enjoyable.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We attended the Broadway review and the Three Irish Tenors. We expected more from the performance.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Awesome staff, beautiful people, attentive, always pleasant, hard working, and seemed to enjoy working for Celebrity. They were wonderful ambassadors.

Ship Quality
