We found our cabin to be a good size for use. We enjoyed having a balcony and seeing whales and wildlife during our trip.

Absolutely get the balcony for the Alaskan Cruise it was priceless during the Tracy Arm Fjord cruising! Go to the shows!

Ship needs update, guest services staff were not helpful. The Captain was amazing as were all the ports.

I would recommend paying the extra for the balcony room (and bring binoculars). We saw three humpback whales jump completely out of the water and twist in the air (one right after the other) from our balcony. Though we went on a whale excursion too the ship's balcony view ended up being the best. Also, set your alarm for early the day you travel the Tracy Arm Fjord...the view of the large glacier is magnificent.

Make sure to discover the Sky Lounge in the front of the ship. Some of the best views can be seen from there.
