Finding where to go and what to do was confusing at the beginning.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We were a family of seven in two rooms. We were given different times to go to dinner at the Grand Epernay. Our time slot (20:30) was too late for our grandchildren. In addition, the salmon was surprisingly inedible we ended up having all almost all of our dinners at the buffet. We had one meal at the Tuscan grill, which was very good (food and service- especially Borislav and Romeo)

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The stage were excellent-very professional and fun. The singers and dancers were wonderful.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
The camp was excellent for our 9 year old granddaughter. Our 7 year old grandson and other children on board like him, were unwilling to part for their parents and go to camp (since parents were not allowed to be there). Aside from the pool and the X room, there was very little for him to do on the ship. Suggestion: Organized arts&crafts and games for children and parents.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff on the ship was professional, friendly and welcoming. We especially want to recognize Ade, who was in charge of cleaning and taking care of our cabin. He was extremely helpful and personable.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The common areas were very clean and well maintained

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Ship tip

Take advantage of the night entertainment and of the naturalists talks.
