The cruise was excellent, service impeccable and food outstanding. The views were beautiful and beyond description the photos almost look fake. The overall experience was a once in a lifetime.

Review summary

Loved the cruise, would do it again if I could. I have nothing but praise for the ship, crew, food, excursions, and overall experience.

Embarkation

We boarded in the poring rain and one of the luggage bags got wet. The cruise cleaned the all of the clothes, gave us $200 credit and a bottle of wine and repeatedly apoligized. There was no way to tell who caused the bag to get wet the the cruise line made it right anyway. They were so service centered it was a pleasure dealing with them.

THere was so much food to eat we never needed to snack. Food was excellent, wait staff superior on all levels.

We walked, went to the fitness center, attended magic show, comedy show, silent disco, martini bar, wine bar, world class bar (best bar and bartenders on the boat - hands down). Ask for Hendre - superior drink maker!

Great room, rear of the ship, somewhat centered. minimal rock if any. layout was great and plenty of room for us and included a great patio with great views.

Ship tip

Come hungry and plan your excursions. I paid for the upgraded drink package before I boarded and found out it was less once on the ship (at least on this sailing)
