Review summary

I enjoyed experiencing Tahini, New Zealand, and Sydney Australia. Words cannot express how much I enjoyed visiting these places. However, the dining, entertainment, and activities aboard the Solstice were the worst! Also, my excursions that I setup through Celebrity were terrible and a total waste of my money!

The food in the specialty restaurants (The Blue) was terrible! I am a plant based eater and each meal there tasted like a punishment. My husband and I did not find the food in the main dining rooms much better. My husband is not a plant based eater and he said that most of the meats were dry and over cooked.

The activities were extremely boring. The cruise director scheduled activities more for a retirement home!

The Solstice is old and noisy. It was so bad that I had to sleep with ear plugs to ruff waters due to the ship rattling so much.

Sail on the solstice 4 times beautiful ship, never bored food divine ate at all the specialty restaurants, main dining room meals were lovely, and if I didn’t like something they would replace it, I tried things out of the ordinary enjoyed the glass blowing so fun to watch! If people don’t enjoy the ship they need to get another cruise line!

Yikes! When I was on the Solstice about six months ago the food wasn’t bad. I’m not a vegetarian though. Well at least the itinerary was good.

Thanks for sharing. You didnt find the food great in bkue because you are a plant based food lover and they serve you that but it wasn't good or because the food they served was not plant based therefore not to your taste?
