This was our very first Celebrity cruise, but the staff onboard the Solstice truly made our experience worth it. We've already booked our next Celebrity cruise!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service on Celebrity is beyond what we have previously experienced with other cruise lines. EVERYONE was so friendly! Exceptional service all around, but would like to point out several staff members who truly made our trip even more pleasurable: Janet & Penelope, Terence, Joanna, Raveena/Raj/Aaron (Luminae), Nikola/Yuliana (World Class Bar), and Herma (Michael's Club) were among the VERY best. We thank each and every one of them for making out stay memorable.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The layout of the ship was nice. Design-wise, we would have to say that there are several elements that could have been thought out much better.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Sky Suite 2151 should NOT be sold to anyone! The noise in this cabin was beyond acceptable, due to the hard surface above in the Oceanview Cafe. You can hear chairs being dragged around at all hours of the day/night, in addition to carts being wheeled around up there. We heard from several other Sky Suite guests in the same general area about the noise above, which seems to be a VERY poor design. Hopefully when this ship goes in for refurbishment, they are able to correct that for future guests. Luckily, we were able to be moved to another cabin that was much better, in terms of the noise level, but not quite as large as 2151.

Ship tip

Prepare yourself to be pampered by the exquisite service onboard

Joined the Las Caletas excursion (as a suggestion from Joanna) and had a fabulous time. We only wish that we could have stayed for a few more hours. Gorgeous and truly relaxing! Highly recommend.

Thanks for the review. I'm going on the Solstice but luckily, I can't afford the Sky Suite.

Appreciate your feedback. You’d think that a suite would be placed where minimum noise for the passengers. Hmmmmm?!? Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise.
