Review SummarySolstice -5-30 thru 6-6-10; This was our 7th cruise-and 1st on Celebrity-we are trying to find a line to be loyal to--we upgraded to Concierge level; the only thing this level is worth the extra charge, was the ease in embarkment but not disembankment-the female staff member there was RUDE and not in control of the passengers-we had the Valvet service( another extra charge and we were just ushered off with the rest of the people; not impressed with much; ship colors very calming, adult pool great and the covered lounge areas were great;buffet had a good layout but the food was just average-nothing out standing-won;t use Celebrity again!

Pros: The ship is beautiful, well laid out, rooms are decorated with calming colors, sitting areas all over the ship are great.
Cons: Dinning room service and food was terrible; senior staff was rude to both passengers and the lower rank staff!
