Cruise was fantastic from beginning to end. The crew really made the experience, the ports of call were great, and the dining experiences including the main dining room were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend trying the specialty dining too.

Overall it was a Great experience, the ship, staff & Entertainers were all Super, the only negative was getting turned away from 3 ports.

This cruise was a Holiday Cruise that we paid top dollar in a suite! The boat was only at 40% occupancy and the service was terrible!

It was wonderful to be safely back on a cruise. We missed the whole sailing experience and it couldn’t have gone any better.

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the ship along with the islands. We look forward to going on this ship again.

Overall I was very pleased with everything except for the first night. We were taken to the wrong level of the main restaurant and the service and food was disappointing. After that was straightened out from that point on everything was exceptional.

The cruise was wonderful. Everything went very smoothly. Great help with my husband's wheelchair. Food was best we have experienced on any cruise.

A good cruise as they all are, but a noticeable step down in quality of food and beverage and service from the Edge which we were on in August. We mistakenly thought these would be similar levels albeit different ships but were disappointed they were not. We had sailed on this ship and others in this class pre-COVID so had a basis in our expectations. Hopefully this was just an aberration and this ship will get its mojo back.

Overall the experience was pretty good. The average age of the passenger was around 64 years so there are no children on this cruise which for me is fine. I like the fact that everyone had a drink pass so they really work all that careful with regard to having to see your card, only needed a room number. The cabin was clean and very comfortable and the food in the dining hall just so so. But the specialty restaurants were very good. The biggest disappointment of the cruise was the fact they would not let us off for three of the five islands unless we bought excursions directly from celebrity. They said it had to do with the covid restrictions but it didn't make a lot of sense. The other big issue was the very poor performance of the internet. The whole technology stack for celebrity seemed a bit antiquated and other cruise lines certainly do a better job. I really enjoyed listening to Bryony Drake sing during the cruise. She has a great personality and is able to sing virtually any cover you can think of. That was a surprise.

That was our last cruise. It was very nice and interesting venture. With all the medical emergencies we still had great times. We just made it. After this "quarantine" for many days. Thank you Celebrity for great vacation.

Generally good, Celebrity is lucky to have the service employees who bail them out at every turn.

Celebrity doesn't disappoint and the ABC islands are amazing.

We had a great time. Ship was very clean. Service was excellent. Could have used more drawer space in cabin for clothes!

The cruise director was one of the best we have had. The entertainment at night was great in the big and small theatres. Service was amazing on all levels. Days at sea were the only criticism, I’d personally like some better music and more upbeat atmosphere around the pool. Music was never loud enough and there was not enough energy.

We enjoyed this cruise very much. The crew made our vacation very memorable. Everyone was terrific. Had no complaints what so ever. We will definitely do another Celebrity cruise in the future, it's our favorite cruise line!!!! EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....

This cruise was a nice getaway. The only issue that I would change is the many locations of smoking areas, all the seating with chairs had been smoking areas

Our cruise was an overall positive experience. We found the food in the main dining room a major disappointment. Fortunately we booked Aqua and had Restaurant Blu at our disposal. We found most of our specialty dining evenings positive. Service was mixed bag of excellence and mediocrity. Many of the bar personnel were tired and cranky. The ship was well maintained and offered many options. The aggressive sales nature of much of the activities soon became a little tedious. The ship offers discreet and humane smoking areas.

Celebrity needs to do a better job of embarking when two ports involved.
