Review summary

Overall I was very pleased with everything except for the first night. We were taken to the wrong level of the main restaurant and the service and food was disappointing. After that was straightened out from that point on everything was exceptional.

The staff went out of their way to satisfy and take care of our needs with a pleasant attitude. They are your front line in presenting your product and should valued for doing a great job. Jimmy and Marvin in the main dining room were exceptional. Merlin was our room attendant and did a great job

Comfort was adequate, but there never seems to be enough room to unpack all the luggage.

I did not really care for the shore excursion. The beach area was small and cramped and was not in a nice area. There were also many vendors that were very annoying.
