Review summary
Overall the experience was pretty good. The average age of the passenger was around 64 years so there are no children on this cruise which for me is fine. I like the fact that everyone had a drink pass so they really work all that careful with regard to having to see your card, only needed a room number. The cabin was clean and very comfortable and the food in the dining hall just so so. But the specialty restaurants were very good. The biggest disappointment of the cruise was the fact they would not let us off for three of the five islands unless we bought excursions directly from celebrity. They said it had to do with the covid restrictions but it didn't make a lot of sense. The other big issue was the very poor performance of the internet. The whole technology stack for celebrity seemed a bit antiquated and other cruise lines certainly do a better job. I really enjoyed listening to Bryony Drake sing during the cruise. She has a great personality and is able to sing virtually any cover you can think of. That was a surprise.Embarkation
