I think he's referring to the main dining room for Anytime Dining. If you don't have a reservation, it can be a long wait as people tend to all there at the same time on port days. We got around this by going to the buffet, which actually was quite nice for dinner and the steak was better than what you get in the MDR.

We been on the Sihouette twice and Celebrity 7 times. The dining options are always the same for port days and sea days.
