See detail comments below as marked. It is overall a very pleasant trip for s to visit the cities, except there were a few areas do have room for improvements. We will recommend friends/family members to use Celebrity but if they are visiting cities by themselves, better obtain maps from AAA in advance or valuable time would be wasted.

Sit down dinner in the dinning room is wonderful. 14th floor buffet restaurant utensils and dishes were dirty and it need to be improved.

Restaurant staff and house keeping staff are wonderful. I have found staff from excursion department are not as informative, if we are not using Celebrity excursion.

Sofa in our room was very old. It has shown wear and tear. Not pleasant looking sofa. We asked the housekeeping staff to put a clean sheet over the sofa to be able to sit on it.

Ship tip

Excursion staff should have better maps for participants. I will recommend all my friends to bring maps from AAA, if they are visiting the cities by themselves, or valuable time was wasted by looking for places. Maps provided by excursion staff are small and hard to read for the seniors.

On way to Berlin, train ride would be fine, if it was not delayed for more than one hour. The restaurant food was wonderful. We enjoyed it very much. Price tag was quite high for a one-day tour.

Disembarkation was not planned/organized well. We had to look for our luggage and carried them through crowded people tried to locate the buses. it was a chaotic scene and it should not have happened.
