Worst cruise I have ever been on. I have cruised more than 8 times. I have been on Carnival, Disney and Royal Caribbean. We thought Celebrity would be good since they are a sister line to Royal Caribbean but was utterly disappointed.

Great cruise! Caryn Graham is the BEST cruise planner. I would recommend her to plan your next cruise adventure!

Loved the itinerary......2 sea days, 3 ports, 2 sea days.......super relaxing!

It was a really fun experience. The shore excursions were very enjoyable and well run. All the people I met were friendly and I didn't want for anything.

This is the best run cruiseline I have ever been on! Staff was amazing! Variety of entertainment for all. Food was good. Guests were fun!! I need to specifically mention that I have been on 20+ cruises with different cruiselines, now that drink packages have become common to purchase on cruises, the ships seem to be "understaffed" in this area and typically it has been difficult to easily get a drink and very frustrating. BUT not on the Reflection! We were very impressed at the availablilty of getting a beverage all around the ship!All the bars indoors and especially the pool area had rolling carts, pop up bar, permanent bars and plenty of bar staff walking around taking orders. Great job! Overall we felt genuinely welcome on this vacation! While on board we booked another Celebrity cruise for next year! Keep up the good work Celebrity!!!

Except for some minor issues, we would definitely sail with Celebrity again but just on a newer ship.

Celebrity has great service food and drink. You can skip Cozumel and Grand Cayman unless you snorkel or dive.

Great ship, better staff, rebooked 2 future cruises on this ship.

This was my first cruise but it won’t be my last. I really enjoyed the ship, the ports, and just the whole experience. There were not many younger people or children on this ship, so we were mostly all in the same circumstances. I really was impressed how organized everything was.

Wonderful cruise line for a relaxed but memorable vacation. Upscale with a good, mature crowd. Meaning not a bunch of loud kids running around or drunken young crowds in public areas.

Cruise was 5 star. Delta cruise consultant not so good. Actually since this cruise I've booked 3 new trips for next year of which I did NOT use Megan. The issue was, the week prior to boarding, I left several messages with questions but she never responded any of calls.. I ended up contacting another Delta consultant.

We had a wonderful experience on this cruise. The ship was lovely and very clean. The staff was exceptional. The food was good and plentiful. The entertainment was not as good as I have seen on a different cruise line though some nights were quite good. Overall, it was excellent.

Our first cruise was a totally enjoyable experience the ship was a very comfortable size very clean with many enjoyable activities. Staff very helpful and polite making the experience of a lifetime such a wonderful time we booked for next Christmas a perfect cruise

Embarkation was so easy 😃 thank you celebrity! We had a wonderful time it was fantastic. Our dining room waiter made a huge difference, because of his remarkable service, we ate the dining room every day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you Dwmr. I think I got the name incorrectly spelt it was a difficult name. Oh, We browsed the buffet at nights after the shows and parties. Absolutely a fantastic cruise.

My first time cruise with Celebrity will not be my last. From the beautiful decor and activities to the amazing food selections including healthy nutrition options, we couldn't have asked for much more. The Captain of the ship was involved in many aspects of the cruise including putting on his owne rock and roll show. The ports were beautiful even though the weather didn't always cooperate. The Celebrity communication regarding embarkation and disembarkation made for a seemless journey.

Would really like it if the Solarium pool was warmed just a little bit, this goes for the entire Royal Caribbean/Celebrity fleet. Maybe the crew just get a kick watching to passengers grimace when they first try to enter the water.

Our family truly enjoyed our vacation on Celebrity Reflection. we will definitely cruise with Celebrity X again in the future.

The ship was very clean . The waiters in the restaurants We're also very good. The shows also were very good.
