I won a bid on a room upgrade to the retreat. Room 2163. The retreat is supposed to come with Premium wifi and Premium drink packages. I do not get either one I went to the concierge to find out why. They thought I should get it but there corporate office said that you don't get all the perks of retreat when you upgrade. But it doesn't tell you that when you are bidding on a upgrade.
