Would really like it if the Solarium pool was warmed just a little bit, this goes for the entire Royal Caribbean/Celebrity fleet. Maybe the crew just get a kick watching to passengers grimace when they first try to enter the water.

Food and Dining

French Onion Soup, the cheese on top becomes, one big inedible lump when served cold. We are not fans of the Jamaican taste in almost all the dinner dishes.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Many of the features,(tv, incline etc) not working on many of the machines. Weight scale not working. Bring your on bottle of water, seems the two water jugs are always out of water. Room was very hot, couldn't finish work out on on occasion.

Ship tip
If you like flavored coffee creamers, bring your own.
When we got to the point of luggage pickup, we found our brand-new four-wheel spinner bag broken, (I believe the ships crew bring the luggage to this point and not the port contractors. I sent an email to Jennifer Morales but have not gotten any type of reply.
Agree. I’m not sure why pools aren’t warmed!! Broken luggage…well…..we peeked into the elevator area where the luggage was stored for disembarkation once….piled in a big heap….so no wonder!! Likely thrown in there. We always do the walk off with our luggage. Hate putting it out the night before, and then trying to find it.
