This was our first Celebrity Cruise. We picked this cruise based on the ports and were happy with all of them. Reflection is an older ship that has not been updated recently and that is fine. A little wear and tear but overall very good condition.

The buffet was very good for breakfast, but hit or miss for the few lunches I tried. The Specialty Restaurants, Murano was excellent, Sushi on 5 was great with great service. The Tuscan Grille was nice with better service. The main dining room was mostly a disappointment. Sometimes good service and sometimes not. Brought the wrong food more than once. Pacing of the meals sometimes good. Food temperature sometimes good, etc.

I enjoyed the activities and they had a nice selection.

I thought all of the entertainment was very good and offered enough variety.

Room steward was very good. Some of the bartenders and waiters were excellent, others seemed overwhelmed.

Very clean ship and was constantly being cleaned. A nice layout and easy to navigate.

The bed and pillows are great. Nice size room and I liked the location on the ship. Adequate storage. Steward kept room very clean.
