Review summary

Celebrity having issues Post Covid start up that is primarily supply chain issues, including excursions vendors, food and drink suppliers. Ships clean and ready, crews exceptional. This was our second Post Covid cruise.

Quality of food at Blu not as good as before Covid. Cuts of meat and fish were poor. Their selections of high quality wine was nonexistent, use to be able to get Caymus, Silver Oak, Cakebread. They claim supply chain issues. Meet with Directors of Hotel and F&B, expressed concerns and saw quality of food improve in Blu for second half of cruise.

Ship tip

Captain Club members do not get the discounts stated in promotion materials like discounts on premium drink package, internet packages, etc. when I challenged the CC group and the Guest Relations Manager they could not explain why. I think all CC members are not getting the promised discounts

Booked small group excursion, paid extra, ended up on bus with 44 people. Could not hear what guide was saying, safety issues during tour including injured passenger. Demanded refund from excursions desk, got partial refund. Had problems with other excursions as well. We booked two excursions through AA cruises and they went smoothly
