we would like to recognize Allin. Wherever he worked, he did everything well. Showman when creating amazing drinks. He never failed. The best coffees when he was helping with coffee. You can tell he knows what he does, and makes a difference. Smiley, knowledgeable and respectful. We would like to recognize NOEL and his assistant Tainara. The best at Opus restaurant. They can give you advice, recommendations, they do what you want to make you happy. We also want to recognize "Marina" the restaurant hostess who has a very difficult job and she does it with a smile and suffers for you if you have to wait. She is really sweet. She can be very good at customer relations. She treats people very nicely. Last Mr. Faruk who wants his customers to be happy and does everything he can to serve his customers.

Opus main dining room was not good. We could see you are short staffed and employees with no experience. The food was extremely small portions on huge plates, poor variety. We usually cruise with Royal Caribbean and we were upset because we had higher expectations. I ate three nights in a row salmon just because there was nothing more interesting. The shrimp cocktail, a classic, a glass full of lettuce and 4 MINI SHRIMP. Fiasco. We shared this with the dinner manager Faruk who tried to make it better and gave us preferential treatment, we had an extra night of lobster, but we wished to have good food variety and QUALITY everyday everybody. The sauces they bring with bread, impossible to eat, made of cheap butter imitation. We requested just to bring plain butter. The people that serve alcohol very unknowledgeable. We asked for merlot and they brought cabernet sauvignon and said I had this. You can't replace apple for berry. They are different. We asked her to find merlot somewhere on the boat because we paid for it. The same with Don Jullio Tequila. Most bars have just the cheap tequila. Drinks NEVER cold. This is the nnumber one thing that never happened in royal caribbean. The expresso, these guys need serious training, specialy the ones in the morning at the seaview cafe. These asian guys, don't know how to treat people, they get upset if you don't like what you got, and when it was time to enter information on the computer, they messed up everything. At least 3 times I had to go to customer service to clear my charges of beverages that were included in my package. One more thing, we got our own time dinner. On other cruises, people could set up their own time with the selected waiter every night. Here, they didn't let people do that creating long waits very disorganized. I want to thank the restaurant hostess Marina, with a beautiful smile she always received us with the "unfortunately" word that with her smile and care ended being a joke. Noel, the best waiter, probably the only who knew what he was doing, and his assistant Tainara that we wish she gets a promotion because she is too good to be serving bread and taking dirty dishes. These two people created a bond and a relationship and that's what customers look for.

Very unprofessional, lack of training, Asian employees specially in the ocean view café very moody, don't even interact and get mad when you don't like what they did. More than that they don't know how to use the technology and enter what you got when the ask for the sealing pass.

We do our own disembarkation, we walked out of the ship aorund 6:45 ship arrived early to Civitavecchia and restaurants were available for breakfast very earlly.
