It was a wonderful journey.  So many sites to see, experiences of a lifetime.  We meet great people from many countries, both staff & cruisers.  The local people were friendly & helpful.  Our Exclusive Shore Excursions were well run.  Guides & bus drivers took us safely around each port.  10-25 people in each tour, not too big, for a group to stay together.  They often provided us with headset/speakers to hear the guide, very helpful.  All the booking information was overwhelming, but easy once we arrived at port.  Pleasantly surprised boarding, & exiting for excursions & reboarding was very easy, smooth & friendly staff.

Cabin / Stateroom

Spacious, very clean, had everything we needed. Great design for space, flow & organization of your belongings. Shower was great. Balcony was enjoyed many times through out our journey. Great to check the weather & relax. Wonderful to have robes provided. Bed was comfortable. No hallway noise. Aft cabin I did hear the engines, when docking & felt the waves too much.

Ship Tip

If you get motion sickness, always book mid ship, mid deck, where you feel less movement. Confirm which Dinning room is included. Book ahead for the Opus, our just use the Buffet. Always plenty of lounge chairs on pool deck or a quieter area.

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy Did not visit port

Stay overnight 1 or more nights before your cruise to get adjusted & see Rome.
