our butler and room stewardess were excellent ,but dining service left a bit to be desired,as well as wine package confusion first night out. overall it was a very good experience. ship is in need of upgrading but i understand that is to be addressed,

over all good

The ship was overall very clean, well-organized and well maintained. The lighting, colors themes, the floors, the main dining areas, etc., where in good condition.

Loved the fact that we were on vacation and Roatan was AMAZING! The staff is also really nice especially Paige. The cons: Could not even get to the pool there were so many people. The food was not that great. Our room was not kept very clean they actually left a molded glass of tea in our room until the last night. They also did not take our used water or tea glasses out of the room. We had to ask specifically. I will mention it again because it meant so much the food on this ship is the worst I have eaten on any cruise.

The cruise is good.

We noted that the ship was due for a up grading and could see why in various locations. Any of the problems that was there, was looked after in a prompt way. We were impressed with the Crew and the entertainment. Also the ease in getting around the Ship. We had my Birthday dinner in the Olympia Dining room and we were blown away by the scrumptious dinner and the kind attention of the Staff. All in all it was a great Cruise on a very nice ship.

Overall, we really had a great time and the staff was very helpful! I would say the only negative was the mattress in our stateroom. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this cruise!

for a ship that is getting ready to be refurbished, we did not see why. it was very clean. we had a great stateroom and an excellent butler.

EXTREMELY CLEAN--I NEVER FELT CROWDED ONBOARD. RELAXING AND PEACEFUL WAS ON MY MENU EVERYDAY.

The ship was beautiful and the service exceeded my expectations. The cruise staff were friendly and responsive immediately to any needs and requests. I loved this cruise and plan to take another!!

I've been on over 10 cruises now and by far this was the worst experience yet. We were expecting a higher class of cruise with Celebrity but that was just not the case. We spent the extra money for a concierge class room which was nice I do have to say but it was dirty, the sliding door to our balcony was almost seized due to rust which they ended up changing the door after two days of complaining. The ship is scheduled to go into dry dock later this year and for good reason. It's very old and dirty in places. The staff did their best so I cannot knock them for trying. By far the worst food i've had on a ship. The buffet was terrible. I've had better at cheap roadside cafe's. The overall experience was no where near what we expected. I would not recommend this ship.

This ship was very enjoyable and clean. The staff was incredible and always accomodating. Our stateroom was small but comfortable and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. This ship is older and needs an update but very well maintained.

I cannot recall any bad memory

The ship was average. The service was below average. The only way to get a beverage was to walk up to the bar. There was no one walking around looking to help, take drink orders or simply answer questions.

The boarding was quick, the room was amazing, very large. The ship was clean, the pools were clean. The ship seems to be under staffed

Excellent services

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Someone said the ship (Millennium) was going in for an upgrade soon.

The ship is feeling its age. There is an obvious need for restoration. The service on this ship did not compare to the Century (the main dinning room service was exceptional, however). Everything seemed very disorganized, and there seemed to be a lack of communication within the crew members.
