I miss this cruise itinerary, hard to find similar itinerary on other ships/cruise lines. Fond memories of this sailing since it was my last before pandemic. Celebrity Millennium was refurbished end of 2018 or beginning of 2019; I was fortunate to experience all the improvements made for the ship.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Suite passengers have benefit of Luminae, private restaurant. My family enjoyed most meals here. You can also order from main dining menu while dining here. Foods were well prepared and delicious.
Best specialty restaurant: Tuscan Grille. Great pastas and steaks!
Buffet: Ate here once and but don’t remember anything outstanding about the foods. As most buffets - stations tend to be crowded with people forgetting manners.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Spent all port days on private tours. For sea days, I enjoyed mud body treatment at the spa and Apple seminars. I usually power walk on the promenade or upper deck, but it was always too windy to do that comfortably.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Disappointed that the main show at night always conflicted with dining time. There probably was a later show but too late for my family.
I remember a comedian trying to make Trump jokes and I personally wasn’t happy with that (on vacation I don’t want to be reminded of politics back home).
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Perfect Royal suite for family of 3. Master bedroom with 2 beds, spacious living room with sofa bed, balcony with jacuzzi, 2 sink bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower, roomy closet and hidden storage cabinets.
I would definitely book future Celebrity cruises with suite cabin as you have butler service in addition to room attendant.
Suite was well maintained and family enjoyed downtime relaxing in the suite.
Ship tip
Book private shore excursions if pandemic/post pandemic allows it. Or choose small group tours offered by Celebrity. If your budget allows it, benefits of booking The Retreat is worth it, especially if you’re traveling with parent who may need assistance or special attention.
